In 2005, Toyota Motor Manufacturing North America awarded AAC Plant 1 the Toyota Delivery and Quality Excellence Awards. AAC Plant 1 had received the Delivery and Quality Achievement Awards for the previous 4 years.
In 2006, AAC Plant 2 was awarded the Toyota Delivery and Quality Excellence Awards, AAC Plant 1 received the Toyota Delivery Excellence Award and the Quality Achievement Award. AAC was also awarded the Aisin Warner North Carolina Delivery Award.
