We are very proud of our Team Members. Together we have achieved tremendous growth and development in the ten years since start of operation in 1996. AAC has received many industry awards, notably the Toyota Excellence Awards for Delivery and Quality, and the Toyota Breakthrough Supplier Quality Award. We are ISO14001 and TS-16949 certified. Our team members come from a variety of different backgrounds: manufacturing, mining, agriculture, business, engineering, customer service, medical industry, and education. We have a very highly skilled workforce. Our team members work with state of the art equipment and technology. Many of our team members have joined QC Circles. Our goal is Quality First and Safety Always.
